diagonal stripes across top right, iron fence bottom right, three earrings as peacock feathers
IRONmonger ("for eb" series)

2012

This is a way of combining several ideas (part of the eb series, so see "ONION" for more). The fence is iron, but curving (so almost soft) and the three purple and blue shapes are earrings that became peacock feathers (we once heard a peacock calling its mate just outside of St. Tropez), and the fabric is from India. It's a still life, and a landscape, and a memory.
