We had spent the summer of 1997 in France and had gone to the Northern coast to see the Tour de France. We stayed in a chambre d'hote in Quiberville with a lovely couple. This was the view from our window, which opened onto a bed of flowers in a box and, beyond, we could see grazing cows and the sea. This belongs now to the former owner.
