Titian's "Venus" is beautiful, but far too well-rested on her lovely pillows... it was more than time for her to see an industrial working port. This is part of the Odalisque Series... women out of context. This painting has been chosen for the 2012 Collector's Choice Juried Show at the Sylvia White Gallery in Ventura, California, which runs from January 4, 2012 through February 11, 2012.
