We were poured a "Cardinal" (or several) in a chambre d'høte in the Loire Valley. It was delicious, and the added blackberry liqueur made the local soft red wine far deeper and richer. And, on my circle, I have written that Picasso said that every artist draws a circle in her own way (of course he said "his"). This piece is made of other pieces, just the way a "Cardinal" is made of pieces in the Loire Valley evenings.
